 Muffy Schlandensky has worked for the Woodruff Company since 1987.  She has over twenty years of experience in commercial leasing and management.  She holds a Georgia  and Alabama Real Estate License and has been a member of the  Columbus Board of Realtors since 1990.  

Currently manages over  700,000  sq. ft. of office, retail and warehouse space.  Involved in all aspects of property management including collection of rent, payment of invoices,  tenant and landlord relations, leasing, renewals, supervision of maintenance employees, budgeting, negotiating contracts for outside services, etc.

She has served on various civic boards including the Muscogee County Library Foundation and Chattahoochee Valley Episcopal Ministries.  She currently serves on the board of Midtown,  Inc.,  She is active and serves on many committees of Trinity Episcopal Church.   Ms. Schladensky is a graduate of Wesleyan College, Macon, GA.
